She has a diverse background, having managed prestigious film festivals, educational initiatives, and multidisciplinary arts festivals in Poland, the UK and in China. She previously held a key role as Marketing Manager where she successfully launched global brands Poland. Additionally, Beata
has collaborated with artists, opened an art gallery in London, and contributed to various cultural startups and international fashion showcases, underscoring her broad expertise in both the cultural and commercial sectors.

Anna Pietrzyk Simone
Anna is a cultural producer, project manager, and design advocate with extensive experience in leading impactful projects for international brands, designers, and architects. She excels in bridging the worlds of business, government, and cultural institutions through design-driven initiatives. With over 13 years of experience at Ross Lovegrove Ltd in London, where she served as Head of Communications and Director of Special Projects, Anna later took on leadership roles at the architecture and design firm MM-L. She has contributed to research strategies at Monoko.to and managed projects for organizations like IDE in Paris and Poland. As the producer of the 10th London Real Estate Forum (LREF) at the Barbican Centre, she led the program for New London Architecture, focusing on transforming London’s urban landscape. Co-founder of the Creative Project Foundation, she has developed and produced the Young Creative Poland series and curated international exhibitions. Additionally, Anna co-founded On&On Designs, connecting new creative talents with major institutions in the UK, such as Tate Edit and Manchester Art Gallery.

PaulinA Latham
With over 17 years in art and culture management, Paulina excels in cultural diplomacy, event management, and public relations, promoting Polish heritage and enhancing cross-cultural dialogue. As Head of Visual Arts and Music at the Polish Cultural Institute in London, she curates and supports events that vividly present Polish culture, aiming to spark global interest.
In her role she has forged hundreds of strategic partnerships with key UK cultural institutions, including the V&A, Tate, Barbican, BFI Sountbank, National Portrait Gallery among others. These collaborations have played a pivotal role in advancing Polish culture internationally, facilitating vital cultural exchanges.
Her goal is to continue fostering our vision by establishing strategic alliances with leading museums, galleries, academic institutions, and NGOs. Through these efforts, I aim to support sustainable cultural dialogues and enrich the global cultural landscape.
As a key partner of the Designing Tomorrow project, Paulina Latham ensures the project’s reach to a wide audience and supports promotion and partnerships with public institutions, adding prestige and significance to the initiative.
